Can we pray facing a different qiblah than our birth direction?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am working in a company and it has provided us with a room for offering namaz. After some days we came to know that the direction in which we were offering namaz was a bit tilted (about maximum 6-7 degrees). It has become very difficult to make rows if we make proper saf. So please guide us. How much can be deviated in such conditions?

There is no issue if you performed salah with the difference of 6-7 degrees, neither it is necessary to repeat the salah. You should see the direction of the old mosques in your area and then arrange the rows in the room accordingly.
