Can I visit Makkah without wearing Ihram?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am working in Saudi Arabia this year in-shaAllah my parents are coming for hajj from India I want to meet my parents in Makkah I stay 1300 km away from Makkah. So now there are no local travel operators are allowed to take local people for Umrah so I am going to travel by air. I have no intention to do Umrah is that allowed to go Makkah without ihram.

No, you are not allowed to enter Makkah without wearing ihram. In view of the respect of Kabah it is necessary to wear the Ihram for the person who visits it whether for Umrah or Hajj or to meet any person. You should wear the Ihram from the meeqat.
