My question is that if one boy (A) and girl (B) both make one person wakil (C) and that person is live in another city The C person performs their nikah in front of two witnesses. And boy and girl both are watching all this through webcam .Is this kind of nikah is valid in Islam. Please help me because is ask same question many site but no one give me answer. Hope you give the answer of my question.

The girl and boy should appoint someone wakil for their nikah and when the wakil will solemnize the nikah in the presence of two witnesses then it will be valid. The nikah is valid in both the cases whether the boy or girl watched each other through internet or not.
