For people who are performing hajj and they stay for more than 15 days in Makkah before Hajj days. Will their nisab for Eid al-Azha sacrifice be calculated based on the worth they have in Makkah or what they had in their own country?

(Fatwa: 1307/1286/N=10/1434)
During the days of qurbani whatever wealth a muqim person has whether it is present with him that time or it is at home all shall be calculated in the nisab.
ستفاد ذلك مما في رد المحتار (9:453 ط مكتبه زكريا ديوبند): له مال كثير غائب في يد مضاربه أو شريكه ومعه من الحجرين أو متاع البيت ما يضحي به تلزم اهـ.
