One should bear extra patience and forbearance in the matter of wife as aberration is the part of woman’s nature. And the holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) has advised us to take care of women.
عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: استوصوا بالنساء خيرا فإنهن خلقن من ضلع وإن أعوج شئي فى الضلع أعلاه فإن ذهبت تقيمه كسرته وإن تركته لم يزل أعوج فاستوصوا بالنساء متفق عليه (مشكوة شريف ص 280)
When there is no change in the attitude of your wife after one talaq then there is less hope after second talaq as well. If you can pass your life with her with this aberration then you should do so with patience and control. In-shaAllah, you shall receive lots of reward in the hereafter. But if it is not possible then leave her on the same condition instead of giving second or third talaq, do not take her back, she shall go out of your nikah completely after iddah. But if you have taken her back after first talaq then give her one more talaq and let her pass iddah and do not take her back during iddah and do not give her third talaq. After iddah she shall go out of your nikah completely.
