Valid fast if ihtilam, no bath due to shyness, & no Fajr prayer?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
If one eats sehri in the state of ihtilam and he does not have time to clean himself and after eating gets ihtilam again (Ghusl wajib) with or without his will power but before the end of sehri time. After the sehri time he does not bathe due to shyness in the family. He sleeps and does not offer Fajr prayer but offers the other four time prayers. I want to know is his fast valid or not as he ate the sehri with niyah (Urdu) to fast.

His fast was valid but he shall be sinful for missing the salah. It is necessary for him to do true and genuine taubah and make the qadha of the salah. We could not get what do you mean by ihtilam with will power? Such shyness which violates the order of Shariah should be given up rather it is not shyness but carnal and satanic waswasa.
