Is the talaq completed after two pronouncements over the phone without witness?

My wife left my house without my permission in December 12 without any reason for the second time with my son aged 5 months before masjid elders. Her father and her uncle abused me on roads causing damage to my respect, threatening to kill and file cases to mint money. Prior to her leaving house, I made 02 elderly person speak with her to know her problem in my house to which she expressed she has no problem with me or my mother. I have given legal notice asking to come back, but without returning back she replied with legal notice implicating false cases of 498a, murder case, dv act. thereafter, I sent 02 persons to her house asking to come back in spite of which, without returning back, she had put conditions that she will come only if I come separately leaving my widowed mother to destitution and also that none of my relatives should come.
Finally, I have pronounced 2 talaqs on 26.05.13 & 28.6.13 over phone without witness and she heard. Whether the talaq is completed or I have to give 3rd talaq.
