What should we do if urine drops come out during wudhu or salah?

I want to know that what should we do if there is a urine drop (peshab ka qatra) comes out in clothes after wudhu or during salah.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 1202/812/L=10/1434)

Wudhu shall break if urine drop comes during wudhu or salah. Such person should wash the place where the urine is smeared and then make wudhu again.
