Can Ihram cloth be transferred, stitched into Jubba, or reused for future Hajj?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
(1) After Hajj, whether Ihram cloth can be given to other person for using as Ihram.
(2) Whether the person to whom Ihram cloth has been given can stitch that cloth into Jubba.
(3) Whether myself can use the Ihram cloth for future Hajj /Umrah?
(4) Whether myself can stitch that Ihram cloth into Jubba.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 1086/843/H=9/1434)

(1) You may give it to others.
(2) When it was gifted then the person who received it has right to do what he wishes. If he wants to make it Jubba there is no harm.
(3) It is lawful to use it in Ihram without any desirability (karahat).
(4) It is lawful without any desirability (karahat).
