Is ghusl necessary for virgin women due to impure discharge from bad thoughts?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am an unmarried virgin woman of 30 years. I have read somewhere that if bad thoughts come to a person’s mind and semen is discharged with excitement then ghusl is wajib on that person. I want to know that if this rule implies to an unmarried virgin woman or not because sometimes bad thoughts comes to my mind then I feel wetness in my underwear and sometimes when my mind is free from bad thoughts then also I feel wetness. I want to know that if it is semen or something else. I also want to know that the white liquid which is usually discharged by girls and virgin women is pure or impure. Please help.

(1) Yes, ghusl becomes wajib after seminal discharge. The sign of semen is that it is thick and one feels orgasm after it discharges and the lust is over.
(2) The fluid which comes out after the sexual excitement it does not lessen excitement rather increases it, it is called madhi. It does not make ghusl wajib, however, it breaks wudhu. The virgin unmarried woman also experience semen and madhi. And the same ruling shall apply to them. You should decide about the wetness in the light of the above mentioned fact whether it is semen of madhi and then practice accordingly.
(3) The white fluid which comes is impure and it breaks wudhu.
