How should we divide the rent from the house left by our father according to Shariah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My father expired this year. He is survived by his wife and 3 sons. He left behind a house. We are getting rent from that house. We want to share that among 4 of us. So tell me how to do it according to Shariah.
If we sell in future, what is the rule according to Shariah?

(Fatwa: 1104/1117/M=9/1434)

If your grandparents also have died and your father was survived only by your mother and you three sons; then you should distribute the rent of the house or price of the house in case you sell it in 24 shares. Out of the 24 shares, the deceased’s wife (your mother) will receive 3 shares and each of three sons will have 7-7 shares.

Details:
Wife 1×3= 3
3 Sons 3×7= 21
Total: 24
