Do old books provide a reference for standing during qad qamatissalah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I live in Dhaka, Bangladesh. One of our masjids in our area is with shrine beside it, many bidats are happening here. One of those is to stand up while say qad qamatissalah. Other ulamas from different masjid protest about their activities but they want authentic reference and fatwa. Please, give me authentic information with reference of some old fatwa book and page so that we can show them with your fatwa.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

For details you should see the books: Jawahir al-Fiqh, Fatawa Rahimiah, Fatawa Mahmoodiah etc.
