Jumuah Khutba and Speech

Answered according to Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
in Hyderabad one Mufti working as an Imam and Khatib of one Masjid, on every Friday he used to give speech (URDU BAYAN) where he works as an Imam (1st Masjid) from 12:40 to 1:10pm, then again he will give same speech in 2nd masjid 1:15pm to 1:45pm, then again he will give same speech in 3rd Masjid 1:50pm to 2:15 pm. So my question is shall we continue to do speech in all Masjids is it permissible according to Shariah (all 3 masjids are in a range of 2 kilometers) (in 3rd Masjid he offers Arabic khutbah and Jumuah salah.

It is makrooh tahrimi to go out of mosque after azan. Hence the practice of the said imam to address in three mosques and in last lead the salah with Khutbah is not correct. He should only address in the mosque where he leads the salah.
