Does an angel do Hajj for the deceased? Allah’s reward and Shaheed status?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I heard that if someone died while applying and ready to do Hajj, Allah assigns one angel on his place who does Hajj every year on the deceased name. Is that right? What will be the reward for him in front of Allah? Can we call him Shaheed?

A person shall get reward for the intention of hajj and its preparation, in-shaAllah. But we could not find the virtues which you have mentioned in the book of Hadith and Fiqh. Rather there is a hadith which says that “a person who goes for hajj and dies in the way, he shall receive the reward of hajj until the Day of Judgment”.
