How can Shariah divide inherited property among 3 brothers & mother?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My question is that how to divide property according to Shariah between three brothers and mother. The property/land which has been inherited (inami land) from our forefathers.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 955/624/L=1434)

In the above mentioned case, all the property of the deceased person shall be divided into 24 shares after due rights preceding inheritance. Out of the total, 3 shares shall go to the mother (widow of deceased person) and 7-7 shares to the three brothers (children of deceased person). The detail of division is as follows:

Details:
Wife: 1×3 = 3
Sons: 3×7 = 21
Total: 24

Note: If any of the parents of the deceased person was alive at the time of his death or any of his daughters, then explain it and submit the question again and treat the above division null and void.

Allah knows Best!
