Is it permissible for my friend to take a loan to send his parents on Hajj?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My question is my friend sending his mother and father to hajj. He is in merchant navy. Last one year he has not joined his job because of his exam. At present he has no money in his hand. He is taking Rs, 5,00,000/= loan from the bank for sending them on hajj. It is right or what? Please tell me in the light of hadith.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

When your friend or his parents do not have the capacity to go for hajj then hajj is not fardh on them. There is no need to take loan on interest. Your friend should send his parents on hajj when he has enough money.
