Does Shariah prohibit calling one’s wife ‘amma’ or ‘maa’ in anger?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Some people say that calling your wife amma, maa, in anger is prohibited. What does Shariah say about it? If someone is angry and tells his wife sorry ‘meri maa’ or any other word like this what should he do?

It is nonsense to call one’s wife mother or amma. However, if someone said so it shall not have any adverse effect on his nikah.
