Will Allah {s.w.a.t} hold me accountable if I unintentionally prescribe a wrong medicine?

Assalamualikum i have a doubt am working as a doctor. if i unintentionally prescribe a wrong medicine to one of my patient which might be a life threatening to him and if somthing wrong happens to him will it be accountable with Allah {s.w.a.t} thanking you.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 319=319/L)

If you tried to prescribe with complete caution and care and unintentionally committed any mistake and the patient was harmed by it, then you will not be accountable before Allah provided you are a registered physician and have been trained by any medical expert:

قال علیہ السلام: ان اللہ تجاوز عن امتی الخطاٴ والنسیان وما استکرھوا علیہ (مشکوة: 2/584)
