Is reciting tasbih (the name of four Khalifa) between 4 rakat and 2 rakat in tarawih lawful or not?

Can a husband see the face of his dead wife, touch her, give her gusl etc. Please give detail proof according to sharia law (Quraan & Hadith).

(Fatwa: 648/648=M/1429)

A husband can see the face of his deceased wife; but he cannot touch her nor give her bath:

کما فی الدر المختار: و یمنع زوجھا من غسلھا و مسھا لا من النظر الیھا علی الاصح
