Please guide us in the light of the holy Quran and Hadith: (1) Telephonic talaq is valid or not?
(2) Fatwa is valid without listening to both parties or not?
(3) If baby is girl, who deserves to keep baby and how long? Does the husband have right to see his baby or not?

(Fatwa: 646/529/B=1434)
(1) Talaq takes place if husband admits to give talaq then.
(2) It is not necessary to hear both the parties.
(3) The right of nourishing girl goes to the mother till she attains the age of puberty and father shall bear all the expenses. The father may go to see her daughter.
