Is online sales ecommerce business inline with shariah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
These days, the ecommerce business is in boom in India also, in which the sellers open their account with websites and that website promote their products among customers and help sellers to sale the listed items. The website, that help and maintain transactions charge 2-10% fees on selling amount. While seller, after taking order ship the item to customer either directly or he also buy from some other vendor and ask that vendor to ship to the customer it can be noted that, only after that customer receive the item, the seller will given money. Till then, it will hold by intermediate website that sales and maintain transaction. I am also doing the same selling on ebay. In for electronic, apparels, and miscellaneous items, which operate on above mentioned principle? Please suggest the accordance with Shariah?

Apparently we do not find any wrong in the procedure of the website which you mentioned in your question that deals the business; hence you may work on such website. It is lawful.
