Can Maghrib and Isha be prayed together (Jamah and Qasr) while traveling?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Is it permissible to pray Maghrib and Isha (Jamah and Qasr) together during travel? Please advice with hadith.

It is only for Hajis to offer Maghrib and Isha together in Muzdalfah. It is not right to combine two salah in advance whether one is in journey or at home. It is necessary to offer each and every salah in its appointed time.
