Can a taweez from Amal-e-Qurani be nullified?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My problem is extremely serious, please help me. I was in serious love with a girl and truly want to marry her but we broke up 3 years ago. The cause of break up was a tawiz from Amaal-e-Qurani of Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi. I had this book and we had a minor fight and I got angry and did this tawiz to separate us. The tawiz had an ayah “wa alqaina bayna humul……ila yawm il qayamata “. After six months of the break up I tore the tawiz and threw its pieces in a lawn, but the effect did not go away. She is also depressed and misses me. But we do not want to talk to each other. We are 27 each and we both want to marry but we are out of touch for last three years. Kindly tell a remedy where the effect of that tawiz is completely finished and we get back along as before. The tawiz is from Amal-e-Qurani of Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi and nobody has given me a remedy so far, although I have been to various scholars. Please help me we want to get married as soon as possible.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

It was good that both of you were separated due to tawiz or by any other thing. According to Shariah it is not right to develop friendship or relationship with any strange girl. If you want to marry her then talk to your parents about it and seek their consent and then marry her. It is not good to marry a girl without the permission and consent of one’s parents. But if you feel any hatred in your heart towards the girl and it seems the effect of the tawiz then consult any good and pious amil. I am unaware of amaliyat.
