Do I weep in my sleep while calling my family?

As Salaam Alaikum, Before sleeping i recite Surah’s Kafiroon,Iqlaas,Falaq,Naas. Aytal Kursi,(3)times all. Lillahi mafissamawate,Surah Muzammil and other dua’s and sleep and Alhamdulillah Pray 5 times, but my friends are telling i am weeping in my sleep calling my family.Please tell about this. Jazaak Allah Khair

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Sometimes it may happen due to some illness, and sometimes it occurs while dreaming unconsciously. You should continue to recite the above-mentioned duas and include durood with it.
