Recite Surah Fatiha 11 times before or after Fajr (before noon) with durood 11 times before and after. Repeat the same before going to bed and blow on water and drink it. Also, blow on your hand and pass on entire body. Moreover, recite ya Lateef 11 times after every obligatory salah.
