According shariah, it is unlawful to take home loan from interest-based Bank. However, if there is no lawful method to save oneself against income,  in this situation is it allowable to take home loan in order to save one’s hard-earned income?

The answer to your question is as follows:

Home loan is not allowed in normal circumstances. But if there is no lawful method to save one’s income against income tax, it is allowable to take home loan to avoid income tax which is a non-Shariah tax.
