As salamo alaikum.There is a Gul named as SUKRULLA. Imam sb told that the packet of the Gul should not be thrown in drains or dirty places due to its name as SUKRULLA which has some part of ALLAH,s name. He told to stop people from throwing the gul packet here and there as it would come under one’s feet.

The answer to your question is as follows:

Naming ‘Gul’ as mentioned in the question is not permissible.  People should avoid using such guls. Nevertheless if a person has used it, he/she must not throw the gul packets containing mention of Allah’s name on the ground or in dirty places. So that it will not lead to disrespect the name of Allah.
