The answer to your question is as follows:
Loving a girl is unlawful and a big sin as per the Shariah; one must shun it. However, if one falls in love he should get up in the mid night of Friday and keeping her in mind read the following text to seek her from Allah.
The text is as follows:
فان تولوا فقل حسبی اللہ لاالہ الا ھو علیہ توکلت وھو رب العرش العظیم ، انت الرب حسبی من فلانۃ بنت فلانۃ اعطف قلبھا الی۔
