I am a computer science student.So some time i do registration on various site for job purpose or any other purpose. Some of them site tell about to fill the details of debit card no charge will be taken from our site.But it is noticed that they taken some money from my debit cart. Can i paid this money from my interest money?They cheat with me. Because i came to know from my nearest Ulama that in the case of cruelty one person can paid interest money for cruelness. Give me the answer in the light of Quran and Hadish.
