Q: If a lady is not being gven any sexual gratification (no intimacy at all) for weeks, and her desire is growng uncontrollable, would masturbation be acceptable? She is diabetic so it is very difficult to fast. Also her resentment of the husbnd increases each time he is uninterested. Please advice.
A: It is not permissible for her to masturbate herself. It is permissible for her husband to masterbate her. She should explain to her husband that he should fulfill her rights otherwise he will drive her to commit sin and he will be partly responsible.
