Sajdah on Hands

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by CouncilofUlama.co.za

Q: Can one make sajdah on the back of ones hand?

A:One can make sajdah on the back of ones hand if it is difficult to make sajdah on the ground. The hands must be firmly on the ground when making sajdah on it. If it is not difficult then it is makrooh (disliked) to make sajdah on the back of ones hand. (Tahtaawi alaa Maraaqil Falaah)
