Sir men kuchh sawal puchhna chahta hu. Sir Agar Aap bura na mane to Mujhe do swalon ka answer dede bahot maherbani hogi.

Question no. 1 – Agar koi shakhs ke Man men talaq ka masla chal raha ho (Yani usne masla padha ho Aur Audio bhi suna ho iternet pe) aur woh man hi man men dohra raha ho yani talaq lafz keh raha ho jo usne padha tha lekin awaaz na nikal rahi ho Aur aise men uska khyal biwi ke taraf chala jaye ke baju me biwi so rahi hai aur uski taraf dekhte hue kehde to kia talaq meri biwi ko to nahi hogai na ? Jab ke woh Biwi ko na de raha ho. aur use dene ke liye na keh raha ho. Ye mahez suna hua aur padha hua dohrate hue nind me kehraha ho(Ye Sab begair awaaz ke honth aur zaban hilti ho magar awaaz na nikalti ho.

Question no. 2. Agar waswaso ke dauran yun kahe ke “Agar men yu kahu Biwi ka name lete hue ja mene tujhe talaq di tab ja ke talaq ka masla hoga lekin mene aisha kaha hi nahi to dimag pe lene ki jarurat nahi” is tarha mishal dete hue apne app se kahe to talaq wakai hojayegi jab ke itni awaaz se nahi kaha ke baju men khada hua koi bhi shunshake. Sir meri aap se request hai ke mere dono sawalon ka jawab dijiye Allah Aaap ke ilm (knowlagde) me ijafa kare. Ameen

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Aap ke dono sawalo ke jawaab ye he ke talaq ke wuqu ke liye alfaz e talaq ka talafuz shart he. Agar koyi shakhs sirf man mei talaq ke alfaz dohraye ya itni ahista se talaq ke alfaz kahe ke khud ko our paas me khare hone wale ko na sunayide to ye talafuz e talaq mei shumar nahi hota he our is se talaq waqi naahi hoti. Lihaza aap ke dono surate masula mei talaq waqi nahi howi. [1]

Bazahir aysa lagraha he ke aap ko waswasa ki bimari he. Waswaso ko dur karne ke liye asaan nuska ye he ke kathrat se istigfar karte rahoo our aap ke man mei jo khyalat aate he un par zyada ghoor mat karo. Agar ayse bure khyalat aaye to koyi dosri achee cheez ke bare mei socho our kathrat se istighfar ki pabandi karo isliye ke ye ayse khyalat shaytaan kei taraf se aate he.
