My husband issued me 3 divorces through an sms without any reason and denies it. Is this divorce valid?

My marriage is not consummated but I had some privacy with my husband on phone.the privacy was partly sexual and partly general.

One day I received a divorce sms on my mobile with my name like this ‘I divorce you,I divorce you,I divorce you.’when I asked my husband the reason to send this message he totally denied that he sent it,but I am sure he has done it.what’s the ruling in this case?

secondly,if it was my husband he didnot sent the divorce on any valid reason..we didnot have an an aggressive argument or some sort of this on the base of which he sent the message.does this divorce count as such? I am really awe struck why he did this,he denies but I am sure he is the one. Kindly help Regards..

As-salāmu `alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

In principle, divorce issued with the express words meaning Talaaq, such as: “You are divorced” or “I have divorced you”, is valid irrespective of the intention.[1]

1. The statement: “I divorce you, I divorce you, I divorce you”, constitutes Talaaq–e-Mughallazah, which refers to a permanently irrevocable divorce, the implication thereof being, that you cannot continue living together as husband and wife.[2]

2.  The Talaaq (divorce) issued via an electronic medium in the above mentioned scenario is valid if it is issued and sent from the husband. [3]

3. You state that your husband denies sending the Talaq, if you are certain that your husband sent the message, it will not be permissible for you to grant access to your husband and you cannot continue living together as husband and wife.[4]

كانت مرسومة يقع الطلاق نوي او لم ينو.رد المحتار.236/3.كراتشي.

كتب الطلاق ان مستبينا علي نحو لوح وقع ان نوي و قيل مطلقا.الدر المختار.246,
