I had a very brief lust and kissing experience with my brother when i was 12 years old and he was 9 years old. i did not know it was wrong at that time and since then i have made a sincere repentence. recently i read about Hurmat e Musaharah and got very scared. please guide me as soon as possible that is my parent’s marriage invalidated due to this action? will my marriage be invalidated? please help me as i am very stressed due to this situation and can not find an answer on the internet. there are no scholars who i know and you are my only hope for this answer. please help me.

In the incident you describe, hurmat al-musāharah has not taken place.[1] Hence, it has not affected your marriage or the marriage of your parents.

[1] أسباب التحريم كثيرة، من جملة ذلك النسب، ومسائله معروفة. ومن جملة ذلك المصاهرة، قال محمد رحمه فى الأصل: إذا وطئ الرجل امرأته بنكاح أو ملك أو فجور حرم عليه أمها وابنتها هو محرم لهما لأنه لا يجوز نكاحها. وحرمت على آبائه وأبنائه، وكما تثبت هذه الحرمة بالوطي تثبت باللمس والتقبيل والنظر إلى الفرج بشهوة سواء كان بنكاح أو ملك أو فجور عندنا إذا كان المحل مشتهاة، ولا تثبت هذه الحرمة بالنظر إلى سائر الأعضاء وإن كان عن شهوة (المحيط البرهاني، إدارة القرآن، ج٤ ص٨٦)
أما الأخ والأخت فأصولهما وفروعهما حرام عليهما بالنسب، فلا يثبت من لمس أحدهما الآخر بالشهوة حرمة جديدة
