In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

We have not come across the first du‘ā’ in reference As for the second du‘ā’ in reference, we have not come across the second d’uā in the particular scenario you have mentioned. However, it is reported that when ‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Amr would break his fast, he would recite

اللهم إني أسألك برحمتك التي وسعت كل شيء أن تغفر لي

O Allāh, I ask you by virtue of your mercy, which has encompassed all things that you forgive me.[1]

Regarding the third du’ā’, it is reported that ‘Ā’ishah (Allāh be pleased with her) asked Rasūlullah (peace and blessings be upon him) “O Messenger of Allāh, what du‘ā’ should I make if I come upon Laylatu Qadr? He replied, “Say:

اللهم إنك عفو كريم تحب العفو فاعف عني 

O Allāh, you are Pardoning, Generous, you love pardoning, so pardon me [2]
