I live in United Stated and normally miss my Zuhr prayers during working days and when I get back home its time for Asr. Is it permissible to perform Zuhr qada right after Asr Salah?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Shariah emphasizes on performing Farz Salat on time. You should endeavor to perform your Zuhr Salat at work. You should make the necessary arrangements with work management to do so.
If you did not perform your Zuhr Salat while at work, then you should first perform your Zuhr Salat then perform your Asr Salat subsequently to maintain the sequence in the Salat.
However, if the time is too short to perform your Zuhr Salat first then you should perform you Asr Salat then perform your Zuhr Salat afterwards.
