Saying words of Kufr

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

If a person is telling a ruling/fatwa given by a maulana about an islamic topic such as kufr or any other ruling to someone else and that person tells only half, but not all the ruling/fatwa given. does this make the teller a non muslim? The person who is telling the ruling has no intention of kufr and loves Islam.

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

While it is inappropriate and irresponsible to convey half message/Fatwa etc., however, by doing so it does not constitute kufr.
