Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykumwa-rahmatullāhiwa-barakaatuh.

We make duaa, Allah Ta’ala bless you with a pious, loving and caring companion who will be a means of steadfastness on Deen for you, and a means of getting closer to Allah Ta’ala. Ameen.

It is stated in the Hadith:

Translation:

The Prophet (Sallalaahu Alayhi WaSallam) said “Who so ever has a need by him from Allah or from anyone from the sons of Adam, then he should perform his wudhu properly, thereafter he should pray two rakaat, then he should praise Allah and send salutations upon the Prophet (Sallalaahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) then he should say the following duaa.

“There is no god but Allah the Most Forbearing the Most Gracious, Glory is for Allah the Lord of the Great Throne, All praise is for Allah the Lord of the Worlds/Universe, I beseech You by virtue of Your Mercy, and Firm Will of your Forgiveness, and Booty in all forms of Piety, and Protection/Safety from all types of sins, Do not leave any sin of mines except that You have forgiven it, Nor any sorrow except that you have dispelled it, Nor any need that you are pleased with except that You have fulfilled it, Oh! Most Gracious Most Merciful” (Sunan Tirmizi Vol. 1 Page 603, Edition Baashir)

Transliteration of duaa:

Laa ilaaha illallaahul- Haleemul-Kareem, Subhaanallaahi Rabbul-Arshil-Azeem, Al-Hamdulillahi Rabbil-Aalameen, As’aluka Moojibaati Rahmatik, Wa Azaa’ima Magh’firatik, Wal Ghaneemata min kulli birr, Wa Salaamata min kulli Ith’mi, Laa Tada’lee zhamban illa Ghafartahu, Wa laa hamman illa Farrajtahu, Wa laa haajatan hiya laka ridhan illa qadhaytahaa, Yaa Rahmaan Yaa Raheem.

Apart from performing Salatul Haajah, as stated above, adopt all possible means within Shariah to get married. Continue making duaa and hope for Allah Ta’ala’s help and guidance.

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
