Objections on some of the rulings of Hanafi school of thought.

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

Salafis/ghair muqallideen like to bash the hanafi madhaab in particular and copy/paste references from the books of the madhaab to confuse people can you clarify the following for me please as I am a bit confused

madinah is not haram ( according to radd ul muhtar)

if a person falsely claims that a woman is his wife and produces  false witness to prove it and wins the case that woman becomes his wife ( fatawaa alamgir 350/3)

if the khalifah or king does zina there is no hadd for him ( durr ul muktar)

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

If you are aware that these statements are coming from people who copy and paste, then you simply do not trust them. There is no need to be confused.

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
