He has advised me that there is not a vegetarian alternative for this type of product, is it permissible for me to take this medicine?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

salams, I have a medical issue, i have suffered from prostrate problemsfor many years & as a esult, i suffer from severe premature ejaculation, in most occasions ejaculating during foreplay (i am Married), obviously this is not an ideal situation for me. I have during last 7 years been to the docters, tried various hakeems etc…but still not better, in fact over the years the problem has got worse. I have come across a clinic now who thinks knows the soloution to my problem & has prescribed certain medication for me, to strenghen my insides. Of these medicines two have gelatine in them, one i can get an alternative which is suitable for vegetarians, but the other ( a certain type of Omega 3 fish oil) that he wants me to take, he has adviseed me that there is not a vegetarian alternative for this type of product, is it permissible for me to take this medicine ? jzk.
