Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

A marriage may be annulled due to the husband’s impotency on condition that certain requirements are met.[1] Details are known to the Ulamā. Inform your husband that you want him to issue you a divorce. If he refuses, then we advise you to refer your case to your local Ulamā (Judicial) body and apply for an annulment of the marriage.
