If i cant see the sun it will be clear that im not worshiping it the redness comes in but you cant see the actual sun?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

if i cant see the sun but its red out side will fajr be qadda you can see red in the sky but not the sun and when does fajr qadda, can one pray until he can see the sun with his own eyes like say that karachi uloom says sunrise :5:49 now and i finish at 5:53 or 5:52 now they could be a few minutes off so if i cant see the sun does my prayer count and do i have to be able to see the sun from any certain place like should you look from a balcony view or a on land view where i live theres alot of trees but if i cant see the sun it will be clear that im not worshiping it the redness comes in but you cant see the actual sun?
also my wshing machine has the water come in and out 4 times but it only rinses the clothes twice so will the colthes be paak?

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

  1. In principle, if the tip of the sun comes above the horizon, that is regarded as sunrise. It is possible that the sun already rose and you do not see it. It is therefore advisable to follow a computed time table of sunrise and follow that.
  2. The clothes washed in a domestic washing machine will be paak and pure.

And Allah knows best
