Answer

In principle, the awra of a woman in front of other muslim women is the area between the navel and the knees.[1]

A muslim woman can see the entire body of another muslim woman with the exception of the area between the navel and the knees.

The awra of a woman in front of non-muslim women is the entire body except the hands, face and the feet.[2]

A non-muslim woman cannot see the body of a muslim woman except for the hands, face and the feet.

It is only permissible to look at someone’s awra at the time of need. For example, medical reasons. A doctor is permitted to look at the awra of a woman during pregnancy or in a case of  injuries in that area etc.

Hence, in your case as a beautician, there is no Sharī need for you to look at women’s thighs to remove the hair from there.
