Answer

Assalāmu `alaikum Warahmatullāhi Wabrakatuh,

If a person is in the state of wudhū’ and unclothed himself, that does not invalidate the wudhū’. The wudhū’ will remain intact and Salāh may be performed with that wudhū’.
