i waana ask very serious matter wd u it is going to happen with our family nd we all are very much disturbed by taking it…
sir in our child hood my mom and my my mom’s sister made little mistake as both had sons of same age..they both sisters were just in a sense of joking start trying to feed each others baby as a result of which my brother have nt take it but my cousin take nipple inside her mouth she z not even sure about it that he suck or not bt suddenly our grand moother shouted that u r doing wrong it vl create problem in future then my mom took nipple out of his mouth…now that boy want to marry with my mom’s daugtr..
whot will u sujjest sir is this possible or not sir it was just little mistake and lakeness of knowledge as Allah forgives many big crimes
we went accross many mufti’s some are saying that go ahead its not a big deal some are saying its not valid…
kindly give ur sujjession plzzzz…

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh
If your brother was not breastfed from your mother’s sister (as you have stated in the question), nor was your cousin breastfed from your mother, then it will be permissible for him to marry her.
However, if he had breastfed from your mother’s sister or if she had breastfed from your mother, then it will not be permissible for him to marry her.[1]
(Hindiya vol.1 pg.343 Rashidiya)
Rasulullah Salallāhu ̒alaihi Wa Sallam has said:
“The one that is harām from being breastfed, is like the one that is harām from lineage.”[2]
