my beard grows in sections,not fully.i won’t shave my beard,because i know it’s haram to.what is allowed as far as grooming it and keeping it neat and even?

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
In principle, it is not permissible for you to cut the hair along the jawbone unless it exceeds a fistful. Any hair that grows on the cheeks or throat may be removed, although it is better not to do so. You cannot groom your beard by trimming it to make it even.

ولا يحلق شعر حلقه وعن أبي يوسف رحمه الله تعالى لا بأس بذلك ولا بأس بأخذ الحاجبين وشعر وجهه ما لم يتشبه بالمخنث
