Answer

Your pain in your lower abdominal area is of concern. It would be advisable to have a medical check up/assessment. Pain in this area with subsequent bleeding may be from many causes, depending on age, health condition, infection, abnormal bleeding, complications of pregnancy or other possible lesions or malignancy. Hence one should refer to , for a medical examination.

As far as wind, flatulence in the stomach, should also be referred to for medical advise. Note eating habits, diet and weight may also be a cause factor to flatulence in the stomach.Avoid cool drinks, eat a balanced diet, slowly chewing your food. Drink your liquids 1/2 an hour before and after meals. Avoid eating and drinking together. “The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) did not drink water after taking meals as it affects digestion adversely. One should not drink water until the food is nearly digested.” (Madariyun-Nubawah) Uswaai Rasool-e-Akram page 7
a) Hadhrat Abdullah bin Mas’ud (RA) has reported, Allah’s Messenger (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) saying “Make use of the 2 remedies, honey and Quraan.”
b) Honey vinegar facilitates wind pass and licking of honey before breakfast normalizes stomach (Tibb-e-Nabawi).
c) Kalunji Black Seed – Muslim (the blessed one) has reported that the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said that Kalunji cures all diseases but death.

How often do you pass wind? This would enable one to assess if your condition would be related to Ma’zur (excused) or not, with relation to wind passed in the duration of Salaah.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.

May Allah Ta’ala grant both physical and spiritual cure.
