Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh
Rasulullah (salallahu alayhi wasallam) said, “Allah cursed the person who gives bribery and the one who accepts bribery”.
Bribery is prohibited. It is not permissible to bribe anyone including a speed cop. Speeding is an offence in Shariah as well.
