1. Contact Madrasah Arabia Islamia in Azaadville for a list of kitaabs on
this subject.
2. If possible, recite Surah Maryam daily. Also continue making Du’aa after
every Fardh Salaat. Beg Allah to assist you and bless you with a pious,
normal and healthy child. Recite the following du’aa in abundance, ‘Rabbanaa
hab lanaa min azwaajinaa wa dhurriyyaatinaa qurrata a’ayun’.
3. Avoid stress and anything that would bring about anxiety.
4. Try to be cheerful at all times.
5. Maintain a life of Allah-consciousness.
6. Maintain a healthy and well-balanced diet that includes a lot of green
vegetables and milk.
7. Get plenty of rest and avoid lifting up heavy objects.
8. Try to look at things pleasing to the eye – like a beautiful scenery, for
example.
9. Avoid sinning as this also affects the spiritual nature of the child.
10. Engage in Dhikr whenever possible.
