A person who travels more than 88 Kms becomes a Musafir. Is there any condition on the time of travel to become a musafir?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

A person can travel 88 kms in an hour, if he is travelling on a smooth road. The same 88 kms take 3 hours when he is travelling on village roads of India. So is there any limit on the time of travel to become Musafir

Answer

There is no time limit in becoming a Musaafir. There is no difference
between a person who travels on a built up highway or a person who travels
in a gravel road in any township. The limit is 88 km.
